MP9 might be as good as FMG

IMHO all of the machine pistols are the same... I can use akimbo MP9/FMG/Skorps/G18s all in the same manor

I like the MP9s more, they reload faster, have less recoil and there is no animation. In fact one with Xmags is almost better than two.

To be honest, this couldnt be more untrue than anything said about the Machine Pistols. May just be a misconception. The reason people are using the Fmg9's is one thing. Fire Rate. No other weapon in the game compares to the Fire Rate of Dual FMG9's and thats why you see them so much. The G18 could compare but the recoil pattern on the G18 is just to fierce.

Takes me a whole clip from a G18 to kill a guy. They sure are fun though and the sound is awesome.

Agreed, akimbo FMG's can kill in under a second. Add to that the range and the low recoil. I very rarely say that a weapon is overpowered. I didn't even think the AK74u with grip + rapid fire was overpowered (annoying, yes), but I will very readily say that the akimbo FMG's are.

Finally! I have been spewing love for the MP9 for weeks. USE IT! It's like having Overkill attached and running a second SMG for free. No need for red dot, the irons are great. I run it silenced in FFA always as my secondary and usually get just as many kills with it as the MP7. And because it has no recoil, you can get long distance kills with it.

For mad rushing, Akimbo FMGs beat it, but for single carry, I'll go MP9 all day.

The only OP weapon in the game is the Striker with Range. Just stupid.

SoH, Quickdraw and Steady Aim just add to the ridiculousness.

The one things from the video that I liked was it looked like the recoil of the MP9 was less than the FMGs.

I disagree... the shotguns are underpowered IMO. The Striker is the only one that is usable, and only if you use damage (which is unlocked at weapon level 28) and steady aim. The rest of the shotguns are garbage. The only time they are usable is with range or damage, but it's extremely painful leveling them up.

I've used both the Striker and akimbo FMG's, and the FMG's can be sprayed through walls and still get a kill. There are no proficiencies needed to make them effective. Even though shotguns work great shot from the hip (with SA equipped), you still have to have your crosshairs on them.

I personally think the g18's and the scorpion's are garbage. It's a toss up between the FMG's and the Mp9 for me.

Shotguns in general are garbage. The only one as I mentioned are the Strikers with Range or Damage.

I do not like the g18s either. Very unstable. I like the Skorps, just that the first 2 unlocks are better.

I LOVE the G18s and use them as soon as I get level 70 but, and I am sure people will laugh, but I like them mostly because of the sound they make...

I know stupid reason, but like I said, these machine pistols all kill the same for me, I am inaccurate as hell so they are close range spray weapons for me

Well I guess if you put it that way. Since its you it has to be true since it's your gameplay. But all of the Machine Pistols have different rates of fire, reload time, and recoil pattern. Like me I only use the FMG9's solely based on the Fire Rate. Ive tried all of them but the FMG9's work the best.

See to me the guns in these games are more about "feel" than stats.. for example, I felt more comfortable using a SCAR over the ACR even though statistically the ACR outclassed it...

On Black Ops I liked the MP5K over the AK74U for an SMG because of sound and feel...

My gun preferences go beyond statistics and fire rates and just come down to what gun I feel right with I guess...

Sound is huge to me too, I like a gun that just sounds badass, the G18 is hard to beat there!!

I used the akimbo mp9s for my first 3 prestiges and the fmgs for the last almost 2 prestiges. Hands down the fmgs are better imo. My k/d between the 2 is almost .4 better for the fmgs. With them i feel i can tear through anyone and anything just by their shear fire rate. If you burst them the accuracy and range are unbelievable. Its the only weapon ive used/seen that can counter the striker users.

I like ones that make no sound! Silencer on EVERYTHING.

haha I use silencer on my PP90M1 but only because I feel it makes the gun more manageable

I found the MP9 and FMG's to be almost the same. The MP9s come out quicker and reload faster. But the FMG'S have a larger clip and higher ROF. I have nailed plenty of triple sprays with the FMG'S and MP9s come up up a bit short on those.
IMO the G-18 look\sound awesome but that's about it. I really wanted to like these guns. The recoil is awful. If you want a pistol feel the P99's (?) are badass.
And what's up with skorps they just look wimpy.

Ok, I will throw in one caveat to my "all the same" comment...

the skorps run out of ammo faster than any of the others it seems

I dont mean clip size, just overall ammo, meaning scavenger is a must within specialist KS

i used the mp9 akimbo when i first started, i wasn't feelin the fmg9 at first because of the recoil, but i got tired of getting blasted by them from other players, now i can't rush without them, i believe they do much more damage, and keep you safe from the strikers.

PPsH was probably my favorite gun in any COD game. Like shooting a swarm of bees out of the barrel.

I used to run it on all my classes until I saw the light and started using the Stinger or Javelin. I still carry it with my sniper class and shotgun class, usually with extended mags, but I have been using various attachments for the XP. I used it ALOT my first prestige 'cause it worked so well for me. I tried the FMGs, but they're not a good fit for some reason.

Shotguns are suppose to be garbage as a primary weapon for killing.

Who hunts deer with a shotgun?
Who hunts bear with a shotgun?

If you wanted to shoot someone across the street and you had the choice of picking up your shotgun or AR which one would you choose?

At a decent range they are horrible in real life.

The military only uses them in close, close range, to clear rooms. And even then you have to be careful to not shoot your own guys.

Show me one real life video of someone running around jumping, (parkouring) and shooting while in the air with deadly accuracy with a shotgun.

Up close, face to face, I expect to lose to a shotgun.
After I lay several rounds of an AR at mid range a guy turns around and kills with one shot?

The most rage I hear from other people involves the other team running strykers.


(I still love the video posted in support of the Stryker where the guy started rubbing his shoulder after one, that is 1, shot from the gun. That is right. It hurts to shoot a shotgun so there is no way you can shoot one while mid air without landing on your butt).

Imagine a shotgun that can kill from across the map. What kind of kick would that have?

Unreal, that is what kind.

I get that this game is not real, but come on man at least make it less laughable.
