Between the 30s and friends of 30s, we can typically make a 4 man squad most evenings. It's a hoot. Aside from the annoyances in the party system (breaking up a squad), the only other downside is the voice. Purportedly, that's getting addressed

I was making a BF3 sig as per Anderson's until I saw my KDR and W/L ratio.
