Dare we venture into new game mode territory?

It seems like some if not most of us are getting bored with the game and not finding the new map drops all that thrilling. Yes the new 1,2, and 3v3 stuff has sparked some new life into the game. I dunno bout the rest of you but lately when we're all partied up we're just destroying most everyone. I don't even play that much compared to most and I've seen two near shut outs in a week.

So I propose we try and tackle a new game mode. What say you?

Since no one has voted for TDM - I'm renaming it Dropzone. I also edited the poll so you should be able to cancel your vote and re-vote if need be.

I say we try some demo, hq and some HC demo/hq

Demo might be a good one..

I still enjoy playing Dom, but the one night we played Team Defender and it's definitely and interesting game mode. It still requires a bit of strategy and seems to be a faster style game play.

Sabotage is awesome and fast If you play to win

I've been playing HC FFA a couple of times this week, have not tried any of the team matches, but it has been a blast. The lack of the map, as per HC, would really up the role of teamwork. Additionally, without shots fired called out on a map it makes you re-think your weapon configs (particularly if you're like me and often opt for a silencer) as well as your movement across the map (there is a bit more stealth in play).

Also more Ground War, even if we have to bunch up with randumbs, would be cool.

I really like dropzone also but usually can't find enogh guys to play it. Play it mostly solo or with the wife. It is definitely her best game mode, she is always at the top of the leader board (just behind me). I would also like to get some clannies together to run some CTF but I haven't heard anyone else interested in it.

Why don't we just run down the whole game mode list one night and see what happens. I will play any game mode with you BlackDeath! This way I know I will never end up on the bottom of the scoreboard! Standing, prone, standing,prone, standing, kneeling.........The BlackDeath method of rushing-learn it.

I vote kill confirmed the drops zone second. We all used to play kc a lot before we figured out the spawn system on dom. At this point I need to do something or I just may have to give battlefield a try....

ah underpantz i understand you've got k/d dysfunction - im sure they'll come out with a pill for that soon enough just hang in there bud

just because i watch the minimap or port radar and just happen to be all setup and ready to kill the guy running my way doesn't make me a camper - i like to call it excessive preparedness

delta and i have tore up some dropzone - with a full party this would be an even bigger blow out than our dom games

but i agree scott you got a great idea - lets go thru the list and try em all out then or better yet lets dedicate a week to one particular game mode and switch weekly? that should help keep things fresh

I just don't like the ones with the super long spawn times . Spend most of time as spectator.

Ha!!!!!!!! Anything except S&D. Lets do it! You get a plus 1 for that

I'm down with any kind of change. Dom gets old, running with the clannies makes all game modes better. Not a huge fan of S&D.

I am up for any type of game mode. A little change isn't too bad.

Drop zone or boobies . . . Or maybe hardcore or boobies.

HC HQ and HC S and D are my favorite games. Also dont mind S and D on core. The S and D takes me back to the demolition days of socom 2. And to date, no game has been as fun for me, as the time spent on that one. Im always up to play whatever. I vote S and D myself. Its the one game, I feel requires the most teamwork. And HQ is a close second to that.

Boobs as #1 then S&D and I would love to try Capture the flag. I really like S&D is the only mode where I feel that you don't have to run like a headless chicken. It can be frustrating at the beggining but it is really fun. Anyways I'm down for any other type

I still enjoy Dom, but open to Drop Zone, HC and Demo. I play a lot of drop zone, when I am running by myself.

Drop zone is the shit. Get good laughs out of it.

I hate anything that has a respawn timer. I am going for Drop Zone or defender.
