Un-F*cking Believable - School Shooting

I never. Ever. Go on rants and rarely voice my thoughts or opinions but this news of this fucking god damn piece of fucking shit going into an elementary school and killing innocent children has me fucking mad as hell!

Why? What on earth gets into these peoples heads that since their life is such shit that they need to ruin, destroy, and end others lives, some before they barely even begin. It absolutely makes me sick to my stomach. As a father of a beautiful 3 year old and one on the way I cant imaging the devastation this causes. Those poor kids. Those poor kids who will be scarred the rest of their lives for witnessing something so horrific. Those poor parents who drop their kids off at school every day assuming they will be safe and will see their shining faces again later that afternoon.

It's just fucking disgusting.

I heard there were 2 shooters, one is dead but not sure of the other. All I can say is there isn't a torture device painful enough for these assholes.

I have a Concealed weapon permit, and i carry. Loaded. All the time. A lot of people ask me why, and the list of fucked up shits like this guy and events like this (not to mention the ever growing numbers of just plain old thieves and thugs) just keeps on growing.
"No Gun" policies don't protect the people inside from events like this. All they do is hinder those victims inside from protecting themselves from fuckers like this guy, the movie theater guy in Colorado, The college in Virginia, etc, etc, etc...not that someone shooting back would for sure stop the assault, but it might, or it might just deter the crazy asshole from doing too much damage, or maybe even chase them off. If more people were able to defend themselves in situations like this, it is more likely assailants would think twice before going thru with fucked up plans.

I was extremely pissed off as well when this broke the news - I just do not understand the mentality that you have to go kill a bunch of innocent people and then yourself. Do the world a favor and drink some fucking bleach before carrying out your master plan. Having kids of my own, I can not imagine the grief and worry of the parents and others thrown into this because of some psycho and his mental bullshit.


There is no fix for this shit, if you're crazy and you want to kill some people regulation is not going to stop you. Look at the Chinese guy that attacked a school yesterday, 20+ kids with a fucking knife.

Out of all these shootings (the theatre in Colorado, the mall in Oregon, Virginia Tech), this one has hit me the hardest.

Slam can attest to this and so can hay5tack about the VT shooting, that was one of the longest days of my life. My wife works at VT. The day that crazy fucker shot thoses people is the day she asked me for a pistol. I carry, I know that scares a lot of people on here. My wife used to give me shit over it but she calmed down when that crap happend. When it happens to kids that still have pure innocence in there eyes, he's a fucking coward.

The more I read and watch about this, the more I just want to cry. Fatherhood does that, I suppose, make you emotional. Hug your little ones a little tighter today.

Agreed. I have a 6yr old in 1st grade ... I'd lose my shit.
I've never been a supporter of home school, but stuff like this makes ya think about it.

I can see this type of reaction making sense if you didn't still have to be concerned that these people will find a way to do the insane crap that they do. This isn't just insane it's the definition of evil.

The sad thing is that this type of thing could have just as easily been one child being killed instead of a classroom full and if it were your child that died it would still mean that your child was gone. My point being that crazy like this isn't relegated to schools; it could happen at your home, a park, visiting a neighbor, playing in your front yard, or anywhere else.

The most maddening part for me as a father is that this isn't something that you can protect your children from. And as much as I would like to understand how a maniac can do such a thing, I am happy that I can't because there is no thought process that would lead me to an act anywhere near this.

The only thing that we can do as parents is to listen to that voice in your head when you feel that someone is off and err on the side of caution by keeping your little ones away from the suspect person/people. Unfortunately, I don't see how that would help those who lost their children in this case. I can't even begin to imagine the heartache that these parents are going through.

My heart goes out to all the parents who lost their babies today. As a father of 3 I can't imagine what their going through. I think the man responsible was noting but a sorry bastard who deserved more than just death. I'm not a violent person I think he took the easy road out and I hope I don't offend anyone by saying this but I don't think he deserves to be buried I think they should take his corps and hang it so the vultures can have at him. Serve as a warning to anyone who thinks that they can get by with doing something as evil as this with just death. If he wasn't working alone and someone else knew about this I would like just one hour alone with them . I'm sorry but they were just babies and didn't deserve that at all.

I am a school teacher and a hunter/gun owner and I believe there is a solution. RFID chips can be detected when an active sensor detects it from a short distance. You see them when you wave your card at the check out or the pump. They are in your pets and they are even requiring schoolchildren to wear them in some areas.

I believe that embedding RFID chips into guns and using sensors that can detect a these chips from a distance would greatly reduce these events. You would know a gun is about to enter the building while the assailant is still in the parking lot. The technology already exists, but some 2nd amendment advocates (I consider myself one) have fought this idea. If anyone disagrees, I understand. There will still be guns without the chips and someone will find a way to remove them, but it is better than nothing.

Yes so.sad this happened.. i have two kids both in elementary and can't imagine..

Christmas will never ever be the same for the rest of the effected families lives. I feel so bad for them. I am also a father of 3 boys, 2 in Kindergarden and one in 4th grade. I truly hope that Insaine Fuq is enjoying the beginning of his eternal stay in Hell.
