Rage*

*Disclaimer: scary part these are all my personal views and for the newer guys I tend to get long winded.

Rage is conjunctive melding of fear and anger; fear of the uncontrollable and anger of not being in control.

I witness rage on a day to day basis not because of what I do, but where I work. I’m privy to witness the struggle of a single mother trying to get on with her life. She is in the middle of divorce with a man (I use man loosely) that has no grasp of reality and has resorted to feeding her child with snippets of misguided and misconstrued reality. Contrary to popular belief I do not wish ill on anybody, but if her ex was killed I wouldn’t greave him all that would prove is Darwin was right.

How does this tie in to my life?

Well, she is my supervisor and has become the best person I’ve ever worked for. When she leaves her branch becomes my branch which in turns comes with a raise, company truck, etc. It also opens up an avenue to which my wife and I don’t have to struggle with the monetary issues of potential having a child.

How does this tie in to our Clan?

We tend (I for one is as guilty as man driving a windowless van with ice cream man music playing around a playground) VERY upset at a videogame. I use COD as an outlet to escape reality. I play with (I believe) some of the best gamers in the world and I say I don’t try but deep down I have my super try hard pants with the Air Jordan and a sweatband on. Some day’s I can hold my own, some day’s I don’t know why I even log on.

I get frustrated. Frustration can test your will as human being. Sometimes it get’s the best of you or you learn from it.

Today I had to witness quite possibly the worst breakdown of any person, to one of the strongest women I have EVER met in my life.

We have all been there. Some worst, some better than others.

To get mad at video games seems to be seems kind of refreshing, doesn’t it?

I watch that scenario in its different stages, forms, issues and emotions on a regular basis. Not thru a co worker, but thru my wife. I've posted some things before regarding my wife's ex/sons Bio-dad. Nothing is as infuriating than watching a woman (or child if you can imagine) struggle and suffer because of a guy (not a man!) who lies & manipulates a child against his mother and degrades her emotionally to make him feel better about himself. Pound his chest and all that douche bad ego bullshit.
You mentioned you don't wish ill on anyone, but i have loaded my gun and waited for him to show up after he threatened to come over and kick my ass etc... after i couldn't take any more and called him up myself. I can hold my own, but i wouldn't bother. I'll kill him. only person I've never felt that way about anyone else.
So not to be long winded myself, but i get it. I'll field the rage.

We bitch and moan and complain about a video game because, much of the time, that's the most we have to worry about.

Then real life comes in and everything is in perspective. I hope these women will eventually find some way to extricate themselves from their bad situations. It's amazing the crap people can do to each other, and as a father, it's heartbreaking especially when kids are involved.

I pray for all involved. And as a community, the x30x are here for you to vent, talk out, or just amuse yourself, if only for a little while,

Man i LOVE tennis haha! Pssssh try cycling and you drop a chain, get a flat, other part failure... when it's you're equipment that fails and not you... now THAT is rage inducing haha!

But if it's the equipment then there is "nothing" you can do to avoid that situation right.. same thing with Lag Ops, if there is lag is not you is the freaking game.... but in tennis oh boy... there is no one else to blame it is because of you.... I was explaining to my wife this the other day, when your game is off is very frustrating. i.e. just think about this, imagine that you know how to speak... imagine the frustration of not being able to.. and yes Tennis is freaking awesome

Actually, that's not true. Every double fault or enforced error is because the racquet is strug wrong or the balls are too flat.

I have love/hate hate FU hate /love relationship with tennis.

I belive that tennis is one of the few ways that Great Brition is getting back at us for the war.
