I am liking the new site as well. For me two big advantages is that I don't have to login each time. For some reason on the old site I always had to login again even if I told it to remember. The second is the easy way to see all the posts since my last visit.

You weren't the only one with the login remembering thing although once you went to the forums, it considered you logged in.

I am liking the new site as I get more and more used to it. Many extra add ons the old forum lacked.

Only thing I'd like to know/request is whether it's possible to turn off avatars/signatures? It's not meant as a slam on anyone, I just prefer to surf message boards with no images as it is faster and easier for me to read through posts. I looked in the profile and didn't find any spot to turn that off but might just be missing it.

In your profile under "preferences" I think there are boxes you can uncheck in regards to showing those. Maybe.......

You can turn off your signatures but not other people signatures(i think) I'll do some checking.

I do think we should have a guideline as to how large a sig can be.

If they get to big it gets annoying. The 1 or 2 inch ones fit within the space already used, so they are not bad. But having to scroll past several inches of sigs can become a headache.

The prestige emblem is now making the posts larger also.

I think that is a admin thing but i think if u turn it off then everyones gets turned off i believe ill chk on my car forum and see what i can find cause i use the same forum

I agree with Sn0wr1der about limiting the size of the sigs. It does make it hard to load pages if they are too large, especially on a cell phone.

Snowrider the prestige thing doesn't take up any more room if the person has a sign such as yours. But since I currently have no sig, it does take up some extra space.

I don't think that I can set a control as to the size of the sig that can be used but I can take a look at it. I think that I can just turm them off or on.

I don't think there needs to be a set rule for size, Just a guideline, out of respect for everyone

I'm not sure how mine shows up on a phone but my sizes are 500x200pix.

they are smaller now... itll be easier to view from a mobile phone for sure. i like that prestige ranking that you added dave good job
