I'm looking forward to this! I'll be at Best Buy Monday night ... waiting in line. Should be on by 12:30am Tuesday. I think I'll start out with the campaign before embarrassing myself in Multiplayer.

Holy Customization Batman! Looks like you can do just about anything with your player. I'm thinking of 'customizing' mine as a female - with a red plaid skirt - BIG boobs - red shirt (with lots of cleavage) - glasses and pigtails.

| Hard to trust metacritic user scores as it's known that some are actually paid to post negative/positive reviews and the others are usually fanboys one way or another.
Bottom line based on the reviews is that if you like CoD, you will like this one. It's the same game on the same 10 year old game engine.
Oh, except there is no Ground War on 360 and PS3 and weapon balance seems better...ie..not 90% SMG's ruling the roost as per Blops 2. | |

| See that's the thing... it's a new engine (based on Source now i believe)... and even the pro players have all been saying it doesn't feel like the CODs we've all been playing. Noise is coming in from all around the review sites and YouTubers... it's very mixed feelings. | |

| The hacks are due in part to the console being compromised. It's just going to get worse. 360's ship is sinking fast. You think MS is going to bother fixing an old console when they're trying to sell a new one? In fact the more pissed you are about 360 hackers my guess is you'd be more inclined to buy a new console  I came to console cause I was tired of all the PC cheating going on.  | |

| I haven't run into any hacks at all as of yet. (not complaining)
And Gun - it doesn't really feel like any other CoD. Not that is a bad thing - it's just different.
I will say this - I haven't gotten the impression we're on dedicated servers. I drop a LOT of frames and the game in general is very 'bumpy' on the 360. Have also had several host migrations...dafuq? I'm hoping that will improve on the next gen. | |
