So we tried to get a private match goin with 18 30s last night and once agan we couldnt get more than 9. i did some research today and i guess the reason we can only do 9 is because were in an elite clan! Just one more reason to love elite!!

I just read there was a xbox dashboard update that was silent where some "fixes" were to speed up the system and patch security shit. woody has a vid on yt about it. Wondwr if it had any detrimental affect.

It has been doing this on and off since day one. Sometimes we can only get in 9 and sometimes more.

I don't think it has anything to do with clans. It's only my opinion but I think it might relate to the nat type of the people in the lobby. If there is a person with strict or too many with moderate it restricts to 9.
