At least it isn't too sci-fi (except for those mechanized tanks), but I thought that the Treyarch titles were based on historical periods and the IW titles were based on modern/current period...does that mean MW4 will be laser beams and jet backs...ugh

This so much. Make the knife a secondary at least. Melee kills should be a rifle butt 2 hit sequence. If you're able to sneak up behind someone they should make a throat slash animation for a ohk like in single player.

Just saw this trailer wtf! I'm not a big fan of sci-fi shooters. Cant stand halo. This might be a refreshing spin on cod tho. I just hope there aren't any laser type guns, I hate them. Killzone is pretty decent mix of future and guns. But I'm gonna have to see alot of gameplay before I'm sold.
