Change doesn't happen if change doesn't happen. It's not the hardest thing to do, but you have to make sure you are 110% sure in yourself that you will and can do it.If not you are setting yourself up for failure which can mean more bad food choices, depression etc. All you really need to do is watch what you eat cut out all the crappy processed foods, all the sugary high fructose corn syrups the pop the chips the fast foods etc etc etc. Walk 1/2 to a hour a day you don't need to need to join a gym. There are tones of things you can do at home, the park, pretty much anywhere. you can look for things on youtube there are lots on there.Set some realistic goals, If you set them to high you might not be able to achieve them, again possibly making things harder for you. So start small at first then work your way up to bigger better goals.Think positive thoughts (some people believe in the law of attraction, you get what you put out), have pictures or something in mind you can look at or visualize.Anyways that's my late night I should be in bed rambling.Oh and 5 small meals a day breakfast your biggest and your last meal veggies and a protein (chicken, fish, lean beef) little carbs ok now I'm done
