So let me get this straight, telling more than half of the clan that they are lacking in basic intelligence and that you are far superior intellectually is okay, but stating that you are better at a video game is elitist and will not be tolerated?

From what I was able to read, he simply stated that he felt that he was a better Dom player than most. Was it ridiculous and a bit annoying, sure, but I don't see how that equates to a ban. A person actually stated that a large group in the clan are morons and he's fine; as I feel he should be.

Livingston didn't call anyone out, that I recall, and his list of who was on par with his gaming ability seemed to grow with each person who stated "what about me." I think that it was a classic case of a thought bubble that made it's way into being a word bubble through slight coercion. Not everyone's filters work as well as they should and so, with a little nudge (i.e. people need to post on the forums more), you get what we had here last week, which is the way he wants it... well, he gets it. I don't like it any more than you men.

I am not voting, but I did have something to say. The thing I like about this clan is not the clan, but the community. I don't care about rosters or rankings! If you never come on the forums except to bitch and criticize then are you part of the community? We all have bad days and perhaps say some things we wish we wouldn't have, but if that is all we have done then that is a problem. There are people on rosters on the xbox side who haven't even posted so much as an introduction. How hard is it to come on here and post something every now and then. Not just come on here when you are pissed off and want to rant and belittle other members.
The reason I am not voting is not because I cannot make a choice. It's because whatever happens it will be like he does not exist to me. I do not have a ps3 and I don't imagine I will see him on the forums until he is pissed off at someone.

My intent wasn't to add drama, just to make a point. The point is, leave the drama for your mama? Sorry, Death's post threw me off; no, the point is that yes he went a little overboard but I think that we can all put our big boy pants on and forgive his comments about being the best controller jockey in 30's history.

People who have played with him seemed to think that he's an okay guy in game and, as I've seen others state before, if you don't like what he has to say don't read it. As long as he's not singling out people, I just don't see what the issue is (other than the possible boosting issue.)

My Vote is yes. I never had a problem with him. I actually was away from the forum during all the drama and didnt even know he was ban hammered. I still had him on my friends list and actually invited him into a party the other night. He didnt say anything neg and was having fun with the guys.

Ok so here is the deal. I never had a personal problem with Dlivingston until he starting posting the things that he did. He pissed several people off. There is no I in TEAM or Over30Clan. People do deserve second chances. That being said I leave his fate to the old coin toss. Best 3 out of 5. Here we go. Heads he's in: Tails and he's out.

Personally I like the guy! I think he shouldn't post while drunk but he means no harm to any certain individual just doesn't have a great filter on his mouth. He also doesn't think he is the best or great just FYI. I have known him a long time and he is a decent guy that post some crap in the wrong way while drunk
