Great read as always Wini. Honestly Blops spoiled me to put it best. Dom was easier to play with fewer choke points and the way the maps/flags were set up. I had no problems moving around between a few of them and picking off anything i could see. I felt i could dominate any match and tear the enemy up but i just dont have the same confidence playing MW3. Hell i felt more comfy with MW2 and knew what to expect. MW3 on the other hand most of the maps have more nooks and crannies than a Thomas' english muffin. IW wanted to eliminate camping and make it more run n gun but i think some of these maps make it more camper friendly. Add in screwy spawns and it can lead to some huge frustration. Its getting better and my stats are rising but nowhere near what i expected coming into the game. Im hoping some new maps sometime soon pump some fresh life into the game. Id love some more mid range fighting personally but i still can strap on a smg and run around and kill my fair share. KC is decent but its so much hit or miss for me. It all depends on spawns and connection more than anything. To me its also more luck than strategy. As far as the size of the clan rising i have some concerns but hopefully things will straighten themselves out. What irritates me is lately the at least 10 or so newbies that sent me FR so i accept them and then i never see or hear from them again. I send them invites and dont ever play with them or even see them post on the forums. Like ive said why join if you arent going to play with us?

If you hit triangle in the lobby you'll see your friends list. Press to the right and you'll see recently met, press right again for Facebook Friends, and press one more time for Over 30 clan. It shows who's online, what they're playing, etc. just like your normal friends list. It lets you delete everyone on your friends list who is in your clan group (1, 2, etc.) essentially doubling your FL potential.

Glad you liked in Nixon.

This is frustrating for me as well. I think it is best to delete them to make room for people who want to play with Clan. I think we should do our best to make room for everyone we can. The flip side is if you are not around to play with/play at different times/dont accept invites then have a nice life and we will see you later.

I hear you on DOM. Feels like I am trying to control a siev. +1 to the thomas English muffin reference.

Im glad im not the only one thinking that people are joining just to try and reap the rewards of joining a large Elite clan. Ive noticed so many names on the over30 group that dont look familar to me as well.

There have been 50 new members since yesterday. 33 out of those 50 haven't posted yet. Now, some people may be shy or only had time to register and not post. I definitely don't want to assume every new person is here for Elite only. I think we should welcome each new member like we always have until they give us reason not to. But yes, when they make no attempt to play a match with you and haven't posted on this site, then I have to question their intentions.

I am not sure how I feel about these people. I suppose that is you are hear and you play then great, we are glad to have you. If you just want our dbl XP then F off.

Its been too long Wini...but welcome back to blogging! We all love it.

By the way, I know we just talked about Roger Moore over lunch (not the early version but rather the cheesy Cannonball Run / Sharper Image version) but I still had to vote for Connery!

I think Sn0w brought this up on another post, but remember if you delete someone from your friendslist, you won't see them when they come online, won't see them in Black Ops (or any other non-COD Elite game), and should Elite ever go down, won't see them again either.
