Woot! It's almost like old times again!

I hope Walldog shows up soon. A late night BF3 crew of WC will be great. Right now its just Obticeo, Crossfire, myself, and a few others from time to time. Most of the OG's that play BF3 are EC so I usually only get one or two games with you guys and then you crap out and head to bed.

I usually make 1am est but most of the others are gone around 12. Id love to play later but id be good for shit at work the next day. Being groggy and tired doesnt go well with my line of work. Too great the chance for losing fingers and such and that would definitely end my gaming fun

Yes fellas, put in the microwave popcorn and get ready for my .64 K/D. My copy of BF3 is on the way. Freak finally broke me down and, well, I should be on as soon as the game shows up.

Hopefully I will be able to be bi-gameable and play both BF3 and MW3. It will be sad to leave Bee, Canis, Hoffy, Sith and the rest of the guys still on MW3, but most have been or were MIA for a while and that caused my eye to wander. So really, it's Hoffy's fault for moving and not getting his PS3 up and running fast enough, and Bee's fault for getting his gall bladder removed. And Canis' fault for shooting down all the choppers. lol

One question though... can I fly the jet?

yes, walldog you can fly a jet, drive a tank, and be a helicopter gunner, right on buddy.

Hell, I'll even let you drive the jeep. It now has a Horn! tanks and choppers are where its at for capping flags, but dammit we need some air superiority. Freak is our only jet pilot. The jets are hard to master, but once you do it can really open up the game for the team by keeping enemy helicopters and birds off our ass while we ground and pounders work the line.

I hereby nominate myself to be the resident Maverick. Freak can be Hollywood. You know, because he's posh like that.

By the way, this is one of the reasons why I got the game. The vehicles. As you should know, I'm always drawn to the vulcan on the downed chopper in Bakaara.

Thats because Birkenstocks do not equal Posh. research how to fly on BF3 via youtube. check out some of the flight stick setups and practice away. I still can't fly for shit and get any kills in a jet so good luck.

I hear everyone's K/D is down in BF3, so since I'm at .64 in MW3, I imagine I'll be less that half that in BF3. So yeah, I'll learn how to fly the jets and choppers. How hard can I be? I was real good at Choplifter on my Apple ][+.

Oh and I can get a kewl new sig too right? RIGHT?!

I started out at .5 something. I was able to bring it up to 1.09 now and climbing. kdr doesn't really matter, you could go 2 and 10 and still be the highest scoring player in the match. It's all about the objective.

ive been playing for a couple of weeks now and i still stink at flying, i tend to stick to the co pilots seat, so i can be goose(except for the uncontrolled spin caused by running into the jet wash of the other plane, and hitting my head on the cockpit roof while i am ejecting and then dying) let do it.

I started at .53. I remember it well. It was before anyone came over to play BF3 and I was running lone wolf. Learning the game v. MW3/BO...and getting my ass kicked.

As he stated, no one really cares what your kdr is. I'm often at the top and negative.

As soon as it comes in I can be your Mr Miyagi Walldog. Teach you the wax on wax off of BF3. Maybe you could be a phenom like my kid. He has had the game for 2 weeks and is at level 43 already with a 1.15 Dr. One can dream.
