| Love the old horror movies! Not so much the new ones. I like some of the new stuff that has some tension and gore but you can't beat the old horror cinematography.
One newer movie that is totally f'd up is "I spit on your grave". If you can take watching it I have to admit it was very well done. Just disturbing. |

| Texas Chainsaw Massacre, THE ORIGINAL, not the shitty remakes! Dead Alive, or some of you may know it as Braindead. It's a comedy/horror actually. Dead Snow for those that play COD zombies, might appreciate it. Hellraiser series Friday the 13th series Nightmare on Elm Street series and so many more, the Strangers was a pretty fucked up movie
Gotta admit, love the zombie flicks

| The Evil Dead and the movies after it. I am not sure if they meant the first movie to be funny, but it was. When Ash says "Workshed" and the dubbing does not even come close to matching his mouth I laugh every single time.
I love the ending of the first Night of the Living Dead (black and white version). |

| Darkker, hell yeah on the Troma pictures! While I do enjoy the newer chainsaw massacre movies. Nobody can ever match the scene in the original where leatherface opens the meat locker door, smacks the girl with the hammer, pulls her in and slams the door. Just the music when that door slams.....eerie as hell!

| Love that list Darkker. Anyways mine would have to be any J-Horror movies. Especially Chemical. Check it out its in Japanese subtitles. Also Texas Chainsaw Massacre : The Beginning. Robert Lee Emery playing in this movie plays in me watching this at least more than 20 times. |

I agree sir. I love the original more than the new ones. That scene was so fantastic the first time I watched that movie. I was just noting that I do enjoy the new ones as well. It's kind of like the debate about new zombies (Running) vs. old zombies (Stumbling around) I am a HUGE fan of new zombies, because that would be the worst scenario I could imagine. A crowd of nasty undead creatures that have no purpose other than eating flesh running at full bore after me, hopping fences and shit. But I still love the old zombies as well. Also, Vegas, speaking of J-horror... Audition. Loved that flick. |

| I definitely prefer the older films.
Day of the dead, Tremors, The Evil Dead series, Scanners, Invasion of the Body Snatchers, Braindead,
Also just got a copy of Zombie Strippers, but not watched it yet. I thought hey, I like zombies and I like strippers, so this film must be perfect for me. |

| The Walking Dead is incredible! Love that show.
Saw was interesting to watch for the different traps, but you knew what you were getting everytime.
Never seen the Human Centipede. Heard it was nasty.
Tourista sucked IMO.. I was expecting much more than I got.
The Thing is one of my favorites! Not so sure about the remake. Without Kurt Russel I am prepared for serious fail! |

| Well I love Alfred Hitchcock movies. Birds, Rope!, Rear Window, North by Northwest, Rebecca, Psycho, Dial M for Murder, etc
The Haunting, 1999, with Catherine Zeta Jones, Liam Neeson, and Owen Wilson was pretty good.
Silver Bullet is a good movie but gives me nightmares every time I watch it, I don't know why! lol
A few Stephen King movies like Carrie, Christine, Sleepwalkers, Misery, Secret Window. |

| Not sure what everyone thought about Blair Witch Project, but I can remember going to the movies to see this one.
There was so much news about a horror movie that was made that was real. Sitting in the theater I could only keep saying to myself that I can't believe that I am watching these kids actually get killed.
The thought that it was all a prank and that a film crew sent these kids into the woods to only scare the crap out of them is just plan wrong. What a messed up prank to get a great film. lol | |

| Yeah we went to the theatre too. My cousin and his girlfriend went with me and my girlfriend(now wife) and his date had a panic attack after the movie! Awesome to see someone so scared. It was intense until we realized it was all fake. But still a good movie.
Ok maybe it wasn't tourista, the one where they are in europe and the kids get sold at auction for rich folks to murder them however they want? You know what I'm talkin about! |

| I just thought of another. Probably one of the best "new" thriller/suspense movies!
"I see dead people, and they don't even know that they're dead"
That's right. The Sixth Sense. This movie to me was badass awesome! |
