The Glory Days, (OP) just brought back many good memories and lead to comparisons between Blops/MWF/BF3. It's entertaining to compare the titles and dream up the perfect FPS...no?

No one remembers any threads being locked because the dispute over BF3 and MW3? sheesh, I guess that is why we will continue this saga.

Thankfully, there is a group coming from roster 2 and mostly roster 3 of guys that want to play the game and not complain about it. Thankfully I have found them.

So, yes. I do run with the crowd I feel most closest to in what I want out of MW3.

Like I said, the forums are for us to post whatever we want and I do not want to stop that in anyway.

It would be nice for something new to be introduced, but hey thats just me.

My apologies to you Canis if in any way my bitching and arguing about BF3 vs MW3 has irritated/upset or whatever you. From now on ill just keep my mouth shut and stay in BF3 land. Ill see what i can do about the "recruiting" for BF3 and try to put an end to it. Maybe the BF3 crew should simply keep any discussion about the game on battlelog that way we wont rehash any old arguments.

Back to the topic im sorry Rif that everything in here has been twisted around. The old days of Blops sure are missed. Always had a damn good time playing with you and the rest of the crew. I have a good feeling though that Blops2 will bring the band back together.

Diffrent strokes man, that's all...I love busting balls of those who play MWF, BF3, xbox, etc...makes it more interesting. Threads about serious MW3 crap make it about 2 pages and die. Threads about random foolishness survive for weeks it seems. Let that be an indicator of relevance and interest.

I fucking hate boundaries...here or anywhere. I don't like people saying you can't say this here, or do that there. Bullshit. Say what you want, where you want. Sure, deliberate threadjacking can be dickish, but no one does that here...we may go off topic for a few lighthearted posts, but it always steers itself back on track.

Canis, you have a lot of strong opinions on here, and this place is a lot better with you here...in all honesty, I think you should create topics and see what kind of response you get...throw enough shit against the wall and some of it will stick. You may not hit a homerun every at-bat, but 3 out of 10 gets you in the hall of fame. As the Dalai Lama says, "Be the change you want to see in the world."

I create threads about nonsense (show yourselves) and they seem immortal. I create threads about in-game stuff and they don't last an afternoon. I dunno...there's enough seriousness and rules in my life every day...I think this place is a good vacation from that for a few minutes at a time.

In the context of therapy the short answer is yes. The issue is this is not therapy so getting frustrated about hearing the same thing over and over can get annoying.

This is so awesome. This was the only positive thing we could hope for with the evil that is 100 player cap clans in Elite. The hope was that since we could never all know each otehr that guys who joined about the same time would bond the fastest and the strongest.

I agree with FBD. Post it up. You have strong opinions and that is something that seems to go pretty well here. After we all shake things out the group seems to just be stronger as we continue to find out more about who we are.

I surely hope that Black Ops II will be the grand unifying force. At the very least, I hope it will be ok enough for people that have left the COD fold to come back for a little while before they go off chasing the next MOH or BF game.

Any ONE day... maybe cross platform gaming on the same game? One can only wish. I'd love to have a chance to play with the xboxers.

Everyone has said the last MOH sucked. It is a no go. BF3 does have DLC releasing until next spring, so it it not going anywhere.
