Mic Issues

I have been having problems with my mic I bought from amazon...some chinese off brand. I think it cuts in and out and has a lot of feedback. Any body else have problems with cheap bluetooth? Or is it some setting I can change for mic sensitivity? Also, does the PSN have problems when everyone has a mic? I believe i read that in another thread somewhere.

I think I may need to invest in a sony mic.

Bluetooths in general are not that great, the mics pick up your TV sounds and other ambient noises. If your mic is constantly open with sounds from your TV you may get muted. Keep that in mind if you crank up the surround sound.

That being said the comms in MW3 are garbage to begin with. We all sound like we are using internet phones from 1988.

I would recommend a set of headphone for gaming there are cheap versions from $30 on up to the bad boy ones at $250+. There are several threads around here on peoples experiences with various brands.

I have the turtle beach DPX-21. And love them. Wish I had bought them many years sooner.
