I remember a conversation we had recently about being gay and how you realized rather late in life you were bysexual and how you learned to like manlove and the juices that go with it.

Anyways the reason for the post was to ask for some advice really and maybe ask if you wanted to hook up. I promise that I will be very discreet. In fact I could book an appointment at your practise and we could get it on in the chair. I am sure I have a lot to learn and you would be an excelent teacher.

Pussy! By the way, teeth are very resilient and can generally go for a few years before they start to hurt with cavities. Makes alot of people put off getting the necessary work because "hey it doesn't hurt, I will spend the money elsewhere." The downside is that the longer you wait to repair the teeth the larger the restoration and generally the greater the cost when it does start to hurt. Plus the larger the filling in a tooth the poorer the long term prognosis. A small filling is cheap compared to putting it off and having to pay for a root canal, build up, and crown 2 years later.

N8- My dentist just used a laser on me to repair a small void. No drill. No novocaine. Do you use them? Just curious...I didn't know they existed for dental work.

When he mentioned no painkillers I thought he was full of it because I'm a huge pussy when it comes to dental work, but it was totally friggin painless. Technology is our friend!

I used to hate the dentist, now i fall asleep during teeth cleanings. 1 crown, 6 on-lays, 1 in-lay. I have 3 amalgum fillings to go...

I will use the laser for soft tissue surgery, as an adjucunt to traditional scaling and root planing (helps sanitize a periodontal pocket), and for speeding up the healing time of cold sores. they can be utilized for the treatment of hard tissue lesions (cavities) but I prefer to use older tried and true methods that have years of clinical background and research to support them. There is no question a laser can be used on a tooth for a small filling and can reduce the need for anaesthesia, but I personally question the longevity and lifespan of the restoration due to its jagged margins. (A carbide will cut a much smoother clean edge than a laser). If the void is small enough a laser is a perfect choice for that treatment. The big issue I see with lasers is when a doctor uses it for large/deep fillings.

I am used to Fran's efforts to engage in man love so I spurn his advances and respond with useful information. (ie play hard to get) If he could he would take the entire 480 member clan, (at once if possible), film it, and sell the video online in an effort to fund his terrible addiction to beanie babies and methamphetamine.
